  • RENTING A CAR FOR 1 DAY (FROM 08.00 to 21.00)
  • VEHICLE MAINTENANCE, ROAD ASSISTANCE, CAR INSURANCE

  • DRIVER AGE: AT LEAST 23 YEARS OLD
  • DRIVING LICENSE: AT LEAST THREE YEARS IN POSSESSION

  • INSURANCE POLICY DOES NOT COVER TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS

  • ALL FINES FROM TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS AND CONSEQUENCES FROM ADMINISTRATIVEPENALTIES, LIKE PARKING THE VEHICLE IN PLACES WHERE IT IS NOT ALLOWED, LOSS OF LICENSE PLATES, EXCESSIVE SPEED, CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL OR OTHER DRUGS, ARE PAID OUT BY THE GUILTY PARTY (THE COSTUMER)

INSURANCE POLICY COVERS:

  • CORPOREAL INJURIES OF DRIVER AND THIRD PARTIES, CARE AT THE ACCIDENT SITE, ACCIDENTAL DAMAGES, DAMAGES FROM UNIΝSURED VEHICLE, LEGAL PROTECTION DISCHARGE OF LIABILITY
  • CUSTOMERS ARE EXEMPTED FROM THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED ON THE CAR AS SOON AS THEY CONSENT (SIGN) TO THE TERMS OF OUR CONTRACT. THEY MUST RESPECT AND FOLLOW THE HIGHWAY CODE

INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER:

  • LOSS OF CAR KEYS (CHARGE DIFFERS ACCORDING TO THE TYPE OF KEY LOST AND THE NECESSARY DISTANCE TRAVELED [BY US] IN ORDER TO DELIVER A SPARE KEY)
  • IMMOBILIZING THE VEHICLE DUE TO INAPPROPRIATE DRIVING (FOR EXAMPLE BURNING OUT A CAR DISC, DRIVING ON DIRT ROADS OR ROCKY MOUNTAINS, DAMAGING THE TIRES OR THE UNDERSIDE OF THE CAR)
  • DAMAGE TO THE INTERIOR OR THE EXTERIOR OF THE VEHICLE CAUSED BY THE CLUMSINESS OF THE COSTUMER
  • DRIVING THE VEHICLE BY A THIRD PARTY WHO HAS NOT SIGNED AND ACCEPTED THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT
  • TRANSPORTING THE VEHICLE OUTSIDE RHODES ISLAND
  • CONCESSING THE VEHICLE TO A THIRD PARTY OR COMPANY FOR FEE.
  • TOWING THE COMPANY'S VEHICLE OR EVEN TOWING ANOTHER VEHICLE USING OUR OWN’S TOOLS
  • TRANSPORTATION OF LARGE OBJECTS, CAUSTIC LIQUIDS ETC THAT CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE INTERIOR OR EXTERIOR PART OF THE CAR
  • THE CUSTOMER IS OBLIGED TO KEEP THE VEHICLE CLEAN DURING THE RENT.

GASOLINE (FUEL) INPUT IS PAID BY THE CUSTOMER. HE IS OBLIGATED TO RETURN THE CAR WITH AS MUCH GASOLINE AS WHEN HE RECEIVED IT
